Singapore is considered in the top 10 countries of education hub for pursuing your studies in bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate programs or short-term courses. Every year, more than 80,000 international students study in singapore, wherein maximum strengths comes from ASEAN, China, and India.
Education is provided in common speaking language, English medium in every public & private university. Singapore consists of six publicly funded universities; the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University are included in the top 20 worldwide universities.
The students receiving their admission offer letter from the applied college/institute for a particular course have to go for Student Pass to get a visa for Singapore. Applicants have to submit their visa application form through the Students Pass On-Line Application & Registration (SOLAR) system. You must fill your application and submit it two months before the date of the commencement of the course.
Registration through Institutes of Singapore: First your selected college has to register your application through SOLAR with the required details such as;

Next, the student has to take a printout of the e Form 16 which has to submit to the Student’s Pass Unit, ICA for further paperwork to confirm you are eligible for Student Pass.

Processing Fee: The processing fee can cost up to $30 (Rs 1637 approx.) for a student visa application form submitted to Singapore Immigration and Checkpoint Authority. You can make the payment by the online mode such as credit/debit card or internet banking. It is non-refundable.
Issuance Fee: The issuance fee is paid after the successful completion of the student visa application and ready to collect his/her Student Pass which is $60 (Rs 3275 approx.) as well as $30 for the multi-entry visa fee.

Ministry of Education (MOE) offers international students Service Obligation Scheme under a subsidized program. The provided scheme help students to pay reduced tuition fees as well as allow them to work in Singapore after their program completion to repay their tuition fees.
The applicants should apply to different colleges in October because it is considered to be the right time as you should start the application process 6 months before the deadline. As per the guidelines Public Singapore Universities invites international students in two intakes that include August and February month. Nevertheless, private universities take students in multiple intakes such as January, February, July, August, September, and October.
We advise the student to start applying for different colleges in 6 months’ advance as it involves different criteria for a specific college. In addition to this, you may have to appear for IELTS, TOEFL ibT, and other language ability exams or may have to give entrance tests such as GMAT AND GRE.

Only full-time graduate international students can sponsor their spouses or children to come to Singapore. They have to apply for an entry visa at the Singapore embassy and after arriving at the airport they will be given 4 weeks Social Visit Pass.

The Australia Student Visa (subclass 500) is a temporary visa. It is valid for up to 5 years or may vary on the time of course.
