Visa For Study In Canada

  • Acceptance letter from requested DLI

C. Applying for a visa application form – After meeting all the required documents the students can submit the visa application form both the mode online & offline mode.

Online – Go to the main website & register yourself on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC); the Application form is submitted instantly, upload documents & pay visa fees online as well as can track your application status on your registrar account.

Offline – Can walk nearby or mail the study visa application form & documents to the Visa Application Centre or Canadian Consulate’s Office of your country.

D. Visa Approval – Receiving the Letter of Introduction (LOI)/ Port of Entry Introduction Letter, confirms the student study visa approval. Later, reaching the Canadian Port of Entry (POE), the applicant has to show this letter to the immigration officer to get their study permit visa.

2. Student Direct Stream (SDS)- This is a speed-up study visa process for certain country international students, and most SDS application usually takes 20 days processing time. The SDS program is for citizen of country belonging to: China, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Vietnam, Senegal, and Morocco. The applicants have to follow some criteria before applying through SDS program;

  • Letter of an acceptance from admitted DLI (Designated Learning Institutions)
  • Evidence of Payment of first year tuition fees
  • Document of Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) of CAN $10,000

Documents Required For Canada Study Permit Visa
