Refund and Cancellation Policy

We will not, under any circumstances, issue refunds for early/premature service withdrawal by the Applicant.

After signing of the Contract of Engagement, where the Applicant’s application has not yet been filed or has been filed but cannot be processed or is refused, the Company has the right to withdraw their services without any refund of service fees already paid, in the following circumstances:

• Applicant drops the idea to proceed with filing of application at any stage after signing this contract.
• Applicant does not follow instructions, terms, and requirements mentioned in this Contract.
• Applicant does not enroll for ECA, IELTS, or fails to secure required points.
• Transactions not made to the official account of Sernexuss Management and Services Pvt Ltd.
• Spouse (where applicable) fails to complete IELTS or meet score requirements.
• Applicant does not undergo medical examination as required.
• Withdrawal due to processing delays beyond Company’s control.
• Application cannot be filed due to new immigration rules, regulations, or quotas.
• No refund if application is transferred from one program to another.

Refund Not Applicable If:

• Medical or police verification failure by Applicant/family members.
• Fraudulent documents are submitted.
• Employment verification not provided.
• Prior immigration/visa law violations exist.
• Late submission of requested documents.
• Delays caused by courier/third-party services.
• Government charges are not paid.

Additional Conditions

• No refund/transfer of Company fee to friend/relative if Applicant opts out.
• No refund/adjustment if Applicant abandons original process and switches services/countries.
