On 18 January 2024, the Second Ontario Express Entry Draw issued 984 Invitations to Apply (ITA) under the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score between 317 and 469.
As per the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, to qualify in the OINP draw applicants need to have work experience in the TEER Category of the National Occupational Classification (NOC).

Requirements For The Ontario Express Entry Draw: French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream
To qualify in the Ontario-French Speaking Skilled Worker Stream, the candidate must have;
- Express Entry profile application under the Federal Skilled Worker Program or Canadian Experience Class (CEC) system
- Minimum one year of work experience under NOC TEER Category 0,1,2, and 3
- Must have bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree equivalent to Canadian education Standard
- Appearing in English exams such as IELTS requires a minimum CLB 6 and for French minimum of 7 in the TEF exam
- Intention to live in the Ontario Province
- Enough proof of funds to get settled
- A job offer from the provincial employer
