On 25th April 2024, the latest Quebec Arrima Draw sent out 1,415 permanent residency invitations under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). On 03 May 2023, this draw was published by the Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI).

As of 22 May 2024, the valid arrima profiles must meet the criteria listed below:

  • Level 7 oral proficiency in French
  • A score equal to or above 598 points

Invited profiles are those who have a valid job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal received the invitations.
