The CRS cut-off score 523 marks the highest score requirement among those set for the Canadian Experience Class throughout the year 2026. The main reason for such a dramatic increase is due to a smaller number of invitations issued. The previous draw of the program, held on August 5, saw 3,000 invitations distributed at the cut-off of 516. As the volume was significantly decreased to 1,000 ITAs (by 66.7%), the system took into account only the best candidates in the pool. It meant that about 2,000 candidates received higher scores and failed to get an invitation as a result of such a quota reduction.
