On 31st January 2023, the third Express Entry Draw sent 730 Invitations to apply for Permanent Residency in a general draw with a CRS score of 541 or higher.

The CRS cut-off in this draw is dropped by 2 points as compared to the last draw held on 23rd January 2024. The number of invitations in the Express Entry Draw 2024 has been constantly decreasing since the first Draw.

In the last draw, IRCC issued 1,040 Canada PR invitations in a general draw with a CRS score of 543 or above.
