On 24 January 2024, the latest Quebec Arrima Draw issued 1,007 invitations to apply (ITA) for Permanent Residency under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP).
As per the Quebec score calculator, Quebec used two criteria to select Arrima profiles;
- Must have a valid job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal received the invitations
- Arrima profiles with 7-level oral French Proficiency
