On January 2024, the new Ontario-OINP Draw sent 1,469 Permanent Residency Invitations. Out of which 1,344 invitations were issued to profiles under the Master’s Graduate Stream with an Expression of Interest score of 50 or higher.
In addition, the EOI profiles with more than a score of 45 will receive 125 invitations to apply for the PhD Graduate Stream.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) profiles are eligible for these Ontario-OINP draws, if they are created between 24 January 2023, and 24 January 2024. Have a look at the chart to know the full details of the draw:

To get a Permanent Residency in Ontario after receiving invitations, applicants have 14 days to submit the application with supporting documents in the Expression of Interest profile.

Until now, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program EOI profiles invited a total of 4,586 invitations to permanent residency out of which the Foreign Worker Stream has sent the most invitations. International students who wants to get a Permanent Residency in Canada can enroll in one of the master’s degree programs as;
- It will help them improving their academic performance
- They can live in Canada as students and have a much higher chance of obtaining PR
- A job offer is not required for the OINP Masters Graduate Streams, so students must focus on developing their professional profile instead of obtaining employer offers
