On August 10, 2023, 615 applicants for permanent residency (PR) under all PNP categories were invited to participate in the most recent MPNP draw (Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program) of 2023.
Of the total 615 MPNP profiles that were invited, only 43 had both a working Express Entry profile and a valid job seeker validation code.

- Total 249 invitations
- Cut-off score: 605
2 Skilled workers in Manitoba- All Occupations
All MPNP profiles for skilled workers in Manitoba that were not chosen in the aforementioned targeted draw were taken into consideration.
- 279 invitations total.
- Minimum Score: 647
- Only 47 invitations were given out for the international education stream.
3 Skilled Worker Overseas
- 40 letters of recommendation to apply were issued.
- Lowest-ranked candidate invited had a ranking score of 708.
Comparing this cut-off score to the MPNP draw on July 13, it has decreased by 9 points.
