In September 2023, Canada issued 17,145 additional invitations to apply for permanent residence via the Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw.
In September 2023, Canada granted 7,575 invites focusing majorly on the two biggest sectors of the economy that is shipment and cultivation to PR, while Ontario issued 2,677 PNP invitations this time.
IRCC invited 8,300 applicants to submit applications for permanent residence through five Express Entry draws (PR).
Also, the IRCC made history by introducing category-based Express Entry draws for the first time ever for jobs in the transportation and agriculture/food industries.
Thus, far in 2023, Express Entry has sent out 86,048 invitations to apply for permanent residency.
