The selection process required candidates to possess a direct MPNP invitation which they obtained through either the strategic recruitment initiative or the Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates.

The draw resulted in 46 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) being distributed. The letters enable candidates to apply for provincial nomination to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program through their complete application.
