Manitoba PNP Draw Invites Skilled Workers for Occupation-Specific Roles

The province of Manitoba held its latest Manitoba PNP Draw #255 on October 9, 2025, inviting skilled workers from Manitoba and overseas through the Expression of Interest system.The draw’s main goal was to select candidates based on occupation and it was aimed at those who are currently holding important health-related positions in the province.

This selection exemplifies Manitoba’s continual demand for skilled health professionals who
are working actively in the province’s basic care sectors.

Skilled Worker Stream – Strategic Recruitment Initiatives

The MPNP not only had the occupation-specific invitations but also awarded 279 Letters of
Advice to Apply under the Skilled Worker Stream comprising applicants from both the
Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas routes. Invitations were granted
to those who were invited directly by the MPNP as part of various strategic recruitment
initiatives.

Ethnocultural Communities – 3

Temporary Public Policy (TPP) – Work Permits for PNP Candidates – 180

Total Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued in this Draw – 862

Out of those, 203 invitations have been issued to the candidates with a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code who have been invited.

Important Notes –

● This lottery was for Skilled Worker Stream aspirants who were either directly invited through a strategic recruitment initiative or under the Temporary Public Policy.

● In case you are eligible but did not get an LAA, please check your EOI profile and confirm –

○ The validity and correct entry of your language test number.

○ The validity and currency of your invitation number under strategic recruitment.

● Each EOI section has detailed help text — applicants are required to double-check all fields for correctness before the subsequent draw.

Regulated occupations candidates completely licensed to work in Manitoba were given
preference this time. Nevertheless, the MPNP might reject full applications if no documentation is provided that demonstrates proper licensing or employment status. Those
who cannot give the necessary proof are advised to think about refusing their LAA in order to keep the program’s integrity intact.
