This is Express Entry Draw Round #435 where IRCC released 442 invitations for Permanent Residency solely in the Provincial Nominee Program stream. Since getting a nomination from one of the Canadian provinces or territories entitles an applicant to an additional 600 points, it means that the lowest-ranked candidate selected in this round has a human capital core score of just 160 points (based on the applicant\u2019s age, education, language proficiency and work experience).<\/p>\n<p>This draw has resulted in a reduction of 8 points compared to the August 4 PNP draw (that had a requirement of 768 points).
