{"id":395,"date":"2023-10-04T11:45:56","date_gmt":"2023-10-04T11:45:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sernexuss.com\/news\/?p=395"},"modified":"2026-05-04T01:17:46","modified_gmt":"2026-05-04T01:17:46","slug":"new-gst-payment-is-out-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sernexuss.com\/news\/new-gst-payment-is-out-now\/","title":{"rendered":"New GST Payment is Out Now!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 05 October 2023, the qualified Canadian taxpayers will receive the second quarterly HST\/GST payment from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).<\/p>\n<p>To balance the goods and services tax and harmonized sales tax (GST\/HST) the government offers non-taxable amounts known as the GST, and HST credit to people and families with low and modest incomes four times a year.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Eligibility Criteria<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Being a Canadian resident, you are eligible for income tax payment at the beginning of the month in which the CRA makes a payment.<\/p>\n<p>Before the CRA issues a quarterly payment, in order to be eligible, you have to be at least 19 years old and must fulfill at least one of the following conditions.<\/p>\n<p>You must fulfill at least one of the following conditions over the same time period if you are under the age of 19:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a spouse or common-law partner right now (or in the past).<\/li>\n<li>You are (or were) a parent who shared a home with your kid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The following GST payment will be sent on 05 October 2023.
