The latest draw has made 29 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) available for the Skilled Worker Stream which entails both the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas pathways. The draw was aimed particularly at candidates who have been directly invited as a result of one of the province&#8217;s strategic recruitment initiatives, which shows Manitoba&#8217;s deliberate effort to meet the needs of its labour market.<\/p>\n<h2>Highlights of Manitoba Expression of Interest Draw #264<\/h2>\n<p>\u25cf Program &#8211; Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)<br \/>\n\u25cf Draw Date &#8211; 12 February 2026<br \/>\n\u25cf Total LAAs Issued &#8211; 29<br \/>\n\u25cf Stream &#8211; Skilled Worker Stream<br \/>\n\u25cf Express Entry Candidates &#8211; 6 candidates issued LAAs declared a valid Express<br \/>\nEntry profile number and job seeker validation code,<\/p>\n<h2>Breakdown of Invitations \u2014 Manitoba EOI Draw #264<\/h2>\n<p>\u25cf Employer Services &#8211; 8 LAAs issued<br \/>\n\u25cf Francophone Community &#8211; 14 LAAs issued<br \/>\n\u25cf Regional Communities &#8211; 3 LAAs issued<br \/>\n\u25cf Ethnocultural Communities &#8211; 1 LAA issued<br \/>\n\u25cf Temporary Public Policy (TPP) &#8211; 3 LAAs issued<br \/>\n\u25cf Express Entry Candidates Included &#8211; 6 of the invitations were issued to candidates<br \/>\nwho declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.<\/p>\n<h3>Understanding the Expression of Interest (EOI) System<\/h3>\n<p>The Expression of Interest (EOI) system serves as the initial step which skilled workers must complete to obtain MPNP nomination. Candidates create their online EOI profile which enables ranking based on factors including their work experience and language ability and educational background and adaptability skills. The MPNP implements strategic recruitment priorities together with temporary policies to conduct targeted draws which invite high-scoring candidates for provincial nomination.<\/p>\n<h3>What This Draw Means for Candidates<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/sernexuss.com\/news\/manitoba-pnp-expression-of-interest-draw-263\/\">Manitoba Expression of Interest Draw<\/a> #264 shows the province&#8217;s immigration selection method which chooses candidates based on particular labour market requirements and community development goals. Candidates who received a Letter of Advice to Apply are now eligible to submit a full application to the MPNP. Candidates who received a Letter of Advice to Apply can now start their complete application process for the MPNP. Candidates need to present all required documents together with their application process to complete their application process.
