Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a new Express Entry draw<\/a> for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and granted the opportunity to 5,000 applicants to apply for permanent residency (PR). This is also the largest Canadian Experience Class (CEC) rounds for December. The CRS cutoff score was reduced to 515 points during the Express Entry CEC draw on 16 December 2025, which was the event to lower it even more than before and which was having the lowest CRS threshold for the group in 2025 in this context.<\/p>\n
