In a big change for Canadian immigration and the Express Entry system, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has held the biggest Express Entry draw<\/a> of 2025 for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), issuing 6,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence on 10 December 2025, this being the largest CEC only selection round of the year. The draw focused on skilled workers who had already gained work experience in Canada and it was a strong indicator of the demand for international skilled workers as the year draws to a close.<\/p>\n
