Manitoba PNP Draw Invites Skilled Workers for Occupation-Specific Roles<\/h2>\n

The province of Manitoba held its latest Manitoba PNP Draw #255<\/strong> on October 9, 2025<\/strong>, inviting skilled workers from Manitoba and overseas through the Expression of Interest<\/strong><\/a> system.The draw’s main goal was to select candidates based on occupation<\/strong> and it was aimed at those who are currently holding important health-related positions in the province.<\/p>\n

Skilled Worker Stream \u2013 Strategic Recruitment Initiatives<\/h2>\n

The MPNP<\/strong><\/a> not only had the occupation-specific invitations but also awarded 279 Letters of <\/strong>
\nAdvice to Apply<\/strong> under the Skilled Worker Stream<\/strong> comprising applicants from both the
\nSkilled Worker in Manitoba<\/strong> and Skilled Worker Overseas<\/strong> routes. Invitations were granted
\nto those who were invited directly by the MPNP<\/strong> as part of various strategic recruitment <\/strong>
\ninitiatives.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Total Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) issued in this Draw – 862<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Out of those, 203 invitations<\/strong> have been issued to the candidates with a valid Express Entry profile<\/strong> number<\/strong> and job seeker validation code<\/strong> who have been invited.<\/p>\n

Regulated occupations<\/strong> candidates completely licensed to work in Manitoba<\/strong> were given
\npreference this time. Nevertheless, the MPNP might reject<\/strong> full applications if no documentation is provided that demonstrates proper licensing or employment status. Those
\nwho cannot give the necessary proof are advised to think about refusing their LAA<\/strong> in order to keep the program’s integrity intact.<\/p>\n
