On 20th June 2024, the latest Quebec Arrima Draw sent 1,470 invitations. Quebec Immigration conducted a new round of selection through the Arrima Expression of Interest. This draw was published by the Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI) by using data extracted from 17th June 2024.
Profiles considered for this draw are mentioned below:
- Level 7 oral proficiency in French
- A score equal to or higher than 585 points or above
The Quebec Arrima draws 2024 targeted candidates across two distinct groups. As mentioned above, the first candidate group must achieve level 7 oral proficiency in French with a minimum score of 585 or above. The second one also required French proficiency with level 7 and applicants who already had a job offer outside the Montreal Metropolitan area.

How Does the Quebec Expression of Interest System Function?
- Applicants submit the Expression of Interest through the Arrima portal.
- Profiles are ranked using the points system, and this is valid for one year.
- Individuals with the highest score get selected and apply for the Quebec Selection Certificate (QSC) under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program.
- Once invited, candidates have 60 days to submit the application.
- Those who receive a CSQ can apply to the federal government for Canadian permanent residence.
