On August 24, 2023, 1,000 invitations to submit an application for permanent residence (PR) through the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) were given out in the most recent Quebec Arrima draw.
The Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI) released information on this Quebec Arrima draw on September 8, 2023.
- For this round of invitations, only valid profiles discovered in the Québec Arrima bank as of August 21, 2023 were taken into account.
- This wave of invites was directed at Arrima profiles with experience in 26 qualified professions, level 7 oral French proficiency, and a Quebec score of 584 or higher.
- Also, this draw took into account profiles having a legitimate employment offer from a location outside of the Montreal Metropolitan Community.
Compared to the last Quebec Arrima draw on August 10, 2023, this cut-off score decreased by 7 points.
