Eligibility criteria for the French-speaking Skilled Worker Stream
The eligibility criteria for the Ontario Express Entry French-speaking Skilled Worker Stream are as follows:
- You must have a legitimate Express Entry Profile through the Federal Skilled Worker Program or Canadian Experience Class
- Make sure your education is equivalent to or higher than the Canadian education level
- French language proficiency test with a CLB level 7 or higher
- You must demonstrate that you have a sufficient amount of funds by showing one or more of the following:
- The bank balance listed on the bank statements
- Annual earnings from employment in Ontario
- An employment offer from a provincial employer
- Demonstrate your intention to live reside in Ontario by exhibiting one of the following:
- Present and previous employment in the Province
- Job interview
- Pursuing an education
- Volunteer work
- Possessing property
- Personal relationships, family connections, and so on
