Manitoba PNP Draw (MPNP) has announced its latest draw for 2025, also known as EOI Draw #253. During this draw, the province issued a total of 3,347 LAAs under multiple streams, reflecting the drive of the province to welcome and admit skilled workers and international graduates.

International Education Stream

A total of 1,866 LAAs were issued to the candidates who met the eligibility criteria in the
International Education Stream.

Skilled Worker in Manitoba – Citizens of Ukraine

1,466 LAAs were extended to Ukrainian principal applicants who qualified under the Skilled
Worker in Manitoba designation.

Skilled Worker in Manitoba – Strategic Recruitment Initiative (the Skilled
Worker Overseas)

15 LAAs were issued under strategic recruitment initiatives.

● The lowest-ranking candidate had a score of 844.

Throughout the draw period, 3347 LAAs were issued in all streams combined, with 415
candidates having declared an Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation
code.

3,347 LAAs issued during one sitting. This shows the province’s commitment to drawing
