Manitoba Expression of Interest Draw #258

The Manitoba PNP Draw has opened the door for skilled immigrants by issuing the Expression of Interest Draw #258 on November 21, 2025, which is a great advance. The latest draw has made 35 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) available for the Skilled Worker Stream, which entails both the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Worker Overseas pathways. The draw was aimed particularly at candidates who have been directly invited as a result of one of the province’s strategic recruitment initiatives, which shows Manitoba’s deliberate effort to meet the needs of its labour market.

The Importance of This Manitoba PNP Draw

Draw #258 brought to light the immigration policy of Manitoba that was focused at a specific group of people and was mainly based on labour-market needs. The candidates were chosen through ties with the employer, Francophone recruitment, regional community supports or temporary work-permit facilitation. This draw should remind skilled workers who want to move to Manitoba to make sure that all parts of their profile (language tests, Express Entry codes, invitation numbers) are completely correct and updated.

What Happens Next

The selected applicants will be given a Letter of Advice to Apply and will be required to submit a complete application to the MPNP. Those who were not picked need to go over their EOI profile and get ready for forthcoming draws.
