There was a “No Program Specified” Draw, which took into account all of the valid Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades Program profiles under the Express Entry system.
The “No Program Specified” Express Entry Draw will also take into account any Express Entry profiles that have received a provincial nomination in one of the above-mentioned categories.

- ‘No Program Specified’ is the draw category.
- 2,000 invitations were sent out.
- 2,000 or higher is the required rank to be invited to apply.
- Invited candidate with the lowest CRS score: 517 (Up 12 points)
- Tie-breaking rule: June 30, 2023, 11:45 UTC
A total of 64,148 invites have been sent in 22 express entry draws in the year 2023.
