On August 15, 2023, the most recent BC PNP draw of 2023 distributed more than 225 invitations to apply for permanent residency (PR) in both general and targeted draws.
- In total, 169 invitations have been sent out, focusing on all professions, including 35 in technology, under both the Express Entry and BC PNP Skilled Immigration streams.
- 33 invites have also been sent specifically to profiles of early childhood educators and helpers (NOC 42202).
- Also, 23 invitations are sent to people with profiles in 39 healthcare jobs.
In comparison to the prior draw on August 9, the cut-off score has decreased by 1 point across all categories of the general draw, with the exception of entry-level and semi-skilled streams.
