On 01, October 2023, IRCC modified the Immigration Medical Exam (IME) requirement for Express Entry candidates, enabling them to submit applications without a first medical examination.
Now, Express Entry candidates and members of their families will no longer be required to submit an upfront Immigration Medical Exam (IME) certificate with their application.
After getting an invitation to apply (ITA), you will be invited to attach proof of your medical exam in your Profile Builder when submitting your application, but this is no longer mandatory as per the IRCC’s new updates.
