What this Draw Means for Candidates
● The draw with the CRS cut-off at 531 is a signal of revival to the applicants whose CRS scores were in the low 530s range.
● The number of candidates still to be picked remains very high, around 245,000 active profiles that are in the pool; thus, it is safe to say that the competition is particularly tough between the applicants with CRS points in the range of 500-600.
● Undoubtedly, the applicants falling short of the cutoff but still in the pool waiting could take advantage of the improvements in the next draws through more increased language scores, longer Canadian work experience (if feasible).
● The CEC draws for 2025 are going to be a continuous process that is why the eligible candidates would need to monitor the future rounds closely.
