On 6 June 2023, 1500 invitations to apply (ITAs) for permanent residency (PR) were issued out for a new Express Entry lottery that was specifically targeted at 35 healthcare occupations.
The first identical round of invites, released by the immigration minister on June 28, invited only 500 profiles. This is the second healthcare-focused draw too far.
