1. Health Occupations (233 LAAs)
All active profiles stating that they are currently working in Manitoba under NOC 2021 BOC 3 – Health occupations have been targeted, leading to 233 LAAs being issued.
BOC 3 represents an essential part of the healthcare system, consisting of nursing occupations, allied health professionals, medical technologists, and pharmacy technicians.
2. Post-Secondary Education in Manitoba (508 LAAs)
The largest share of invitations was issued to the category of candidates where either the applicant or their accompanying spouse has received their post-secondary education in the province.

In conjunction with Draw #279 results, the MPNP has issued stringent integrity warnings –
- Proof of Post-Secondary Education- Individuals who have received an invitation through the local education stream need to provide sufficient documentary evidence proving that they or their spouse graduated from a post-secondary educational institution in Manitoba. Individuals not capable of proving this requirement are recommended to reject the LAA.
- Regulated Profession – Applicants who have claimed their experience in a regulated profession need to prove that they have met all the requirements of the licensing process.
- Strategic Invitation Number – Profiles that have claimed to be invited for strategic recruitment need to have a valid invitation number issued by the MPNP.
