The majority of LAAs in this particular skilled worker round were issued to individuals already employed in Manitoba.

The biggest single piece of LAAs – totalling 605 – was allocated for candidates working in Manufacturing and utilities NOC 9 broad occupational group. The minimum required MPNP ranking score for receiving invitations in the pool of the broad occupational group was set at 632 points.
Francophone and Strategic Recruitment Initiatives Pathways
In order to encourage linguistic diversity and economic development in regions other than the main centres, the MPNP allocated separate quotas –
- Francophone Selection (17 LAAs) – Individuals indicating French as their language of communication with the MPNP and possessing valid French language test scores got 17 invitations.
- Strategic Recruitment Initiatives (70 LAAs) – Sent out to candidates of the Skilled Worker in Manitoba or Overseas pathway programs who have been invited by the MPNP directly through approved initiatives. 70 strategic recruitment LAAs consist of –
