On August 24, 2023, 623 applicants under all PNP categories for permanent residency (PR) were invited to participate in the most recent MPNP draw (Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program) of 2023.
In this MPNP draw, 178 invited candidates had both a valid Express Entry profile and a job seeker validation code.
Skilled Professionals in Manitoba – Occupation Targeted
- 256 invitations were sent.
- Cut-off Score: 612
MPNP targeted profiles with present employment based on significant labour requirements.
Skilled Workers in Manitoba- All occupations
- All MPNP profiles for skilled workers in Manitoba that were not chosen in the aforementioned targeted draw were taken into consideration.
- Total 250 invitations
- Minimum Score: 646
A total 63 Invitations were sent out for international students graduating from specified Manitoba universities under the international education stream.
Skilled Worker Overseas
- Profiles of skilled workers abroad stated: that they had been directly invited by the MPNP as part of a strategic recruitment initiative.
- 54 letters of recommendation to apply were issued.
