What This Draw Means

The recent PNP draw of 14 October indicates the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship
Canada (IRCC) is still adjusting its immigration strategy to suit the different regions through
specific programs targeted for them. The score of the Comprehensive Ranking System
(CRS) has dropped down by as much as 77 points as compared to the previous PNP round
which made it easier for more and more candidates to receive invitations this time.

Such a pattern shows that Canada is willing to take in more people through provincial
programs and that skilled workers and the provincial governments will both be benefited
from the quicker and more adaptive immigration measures.

Those who are in the pool of candidates are recommended to always be ready, keep their
profiles current, and apply for the provincial nominations to increase their chances in the
coming draws.
